I've been listing some vintage needlework magazines from the 1960's and 1970's for sale on eBay. I can't help leafing through the pages for a look-see. They're interesting. It's fun to see the change or the lack thereof in various fashions. It's fascinating to think about why some items are no longer in use and about why some others are coming into their own again.
But I didn't exactly expect to come across a really terrifying advertisement for toys to be made by children. Gives me the shivers; can't imagine the nightmares these things must have caused kids.
A sinister lamb. A deranged clown.
Yeah, can't imagine children not loving that.
Eeeeeek!
